Individual therapy, also known as talk therapy, is a supportive space where you can share openly, reflect deeply, and initiate the process of healing and growth. I primarily work with adults and teens who are navigating challenges such as:

I provide consultation services to individuals, schools, and organizations seeking professional support in mental health and wellness.

Clinical Supervision: Individual or group supervision for social workers and counselors working towards licensure.
